Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to digital planning services and consultation packages offered by Drainingvital through drainingvital.world. It should be read alongside our Terms of Use.
2. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are a consumer, you are entitled to services performed with reasonable care and skill, and digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
3. 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase services online as a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of contract conclusion to cancel without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, notify us by email at service@drainingvital.world or post to Parmoor Ln, Frieth, Henley-on-Thames RG9 6NN before the 14-day period expires.
If you request that services begin during the cancellation period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced proportionally to the work already completed, and you may be charged for services provided up to the point of cancellation.
4. Digital Subscriptions
PulseGrid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
Once login credentials or customised planning templates have been fully delivered and accepted, the digital service is considered supplied in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Consultation Sessions
Consultation sessions (£120 per 60-minute session) may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee unless exceptional circumstances apply.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued where:
- You validly cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period before service delivery commences
- Services are not performed with reasonable care and skill
- Digital content is not of satisfactory quality or not as described
- Technical failure prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Duplicate charges or billing errors are confirmed
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Services fully delivered as agreed and accepted by you
- Custom-configured templates approved by you
- Consultation sessions attended or missed without proper notice
- Cancellation after the 14-day period where services have been fully performed
8. Refund Process
Email service@drainingvital.world with your order reference, purchase date, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
